One node per local government area. Every parcel has a home node. Tap a node to take it offline: another node serves its parcels, and the ledger marks records written in the meantime.
The ledger hash here is a lightweight demo function so the chain can be checked in the browser. A production registry would use SHA-256 and publish periodic checkpoints outside the system. Parcels, people and amounts are invented.
